据统计，在整个过程中调查组共走访了相关人员300余人，制作谈话笔录100多份及相关的鉴定结论。在调查过程中，警方先后5次邀请人大、政协以及教育部门、当地党政官员、死者所在学校的师生、死者家属等人员，召开分析和征求意见会，通报调查进展，并接受监督。 “这是史无前例的，对以后警方的工作如何适应社会发展，做到更加透明公开，会有很好的借鉴意义。”这位负责人如此回顾。一份由温州市公安局刑事科学研究所作出的尸检报告，详细描述了法医专家们的检验情况。经法医专家们检验分析，死者戴海静系生前高坠致严重颅脑损伤而死亡。据了解，判断生前还是死后坠楼，法医学上重要的判断依据之一是尸体损伤部位是否有“生活反应”，例如死后坠楼形成的擦伤面应该是蜡黄色或者苍白色。尸体检验发现，戴海静坠楼过程中形成的擦伤面呈暗红色，符合生前坠楼的特征。根据尸体的一些现象，法医专家们综合分析得出了结论。“也就是说，戴从楼上坠落时，人肯定是活的，可以排除死后坠落的可能。”参与调查的一位法医这么解释。

尸检过程中，也发现死者有多处软组织擦挫伤，那么死者死前是不是遭受过暴力呢？针对疑问，法医专家们的分析是，戴海静在坠落过程中，经历了多次擦、撞、刮，再结合病理检验，除左侧大腿有一小点至少形成于死前24小时以上的陈旧性“淤青”，其余身上的“淤青”等机械性损伤，都可以在本次坠落过程中形成。尸体冰冻后，发现了死者脖子上出现2处浅色“斑点”，也就是网络上盛传的所谓“掐痕”，一些网友由此怀疑戴海静是被掐死后扔下的。针对这一疑点，法医对该部位进行了重点解剖，并将该部位皮肤送到有关鉴定机构进行病理检验，没有发现皮肤损伤。警方还向记者出示了事发当天上午在现场进行尸体表面检验时所拍下的尸体颈部照片，并没有看到所谓的“掐痕”。那么这个“斑点”到底是哪里来的呢？

法医进一步检验确定，“斑点”是死者颈部皮下浅层脂肪和锁骨内侧端颈肌附着处出血，透过冰冻后的皮肤，映射出来的。法医专家们经过综合分析，一致认定，这是由于戴海静在高楼坠落、头部碰撞过程中，颈部肌肉受到震荡牵拉、胸腹腔压力增高导致毛细血管破裂出血所致，完全排除是“掐痕”。与此同时，由浙江省公安厅、温州市公安局派出的痕迹物证专家和瑞安警方技术人员组成的痕迹物证组，对现场勘查发现的痕迹物证分析情况也有了结果。专家们认为，从现场勘查情况看，五楼死者夫妇居室内物品的摆放和状态均比较正常，没有发现搏斗、清洗过的痕迹与其他异常的情况。为了进一步佐证事发前一天晚上戴海静是否与他人发生扭打？法医还提取了死者的指甲垢进行DNA检验，结果未检出他人的人体组织细胞。“一般来说，死者生前如果与他人发生搏斗、扭打，她的指甲缝里极易遗留对方的人体组织细胞。”法医这么说。

8月22日晚，温州电视台都市生活频道“温州零距离”节目播出戴海静坠楼事件报道，全文记录如下。
几天前，瑞安三中一名英语女老师在自家五楼坠楼身亡，她的意外离世，使其家人陷入无限的哀伤之中，于此同时，其坠楼的疑点也引起了人们的种种猜测，请看记者现场报道。昨天，记者来到事发地瑞安市塘下镇肇平洋村群英电工有限公司了解情况，发现企业门口站满了数百名围观的群众，交通严重堵塞。企业门口的铜字上，赫然张贴着一张张死者坠楼时倒地的照片。

据当地村民介绍，死者叫戴某某，今年29岁，该企业属其夫家所有。事发前，她和其丈夫谢某就住在厂房的五楼。 8月18日早晨五点多，企业保安第一个发现戴某某倒在住处下面的血泊中，记者在死者坠楼的地方看到，大楼底层靠墙边砌有一个花坛，上边栽种的冬青有明显的压痕，地上和墙上留有血迹。在厂房一楼，死者的同胞妹妹这样告诉记者：死者妹妹：我接到电话的时候是五点多，他们家打电话到我家的时候才知道的，我们一点都不相信，进来的时候我看到她躺在那里的时候才相信。我怎么会想到她这样，二十几年的姐妹，怎么这样，我想也想不到，我做梦也梦不到她这样。面对不能接受的事实，死者家属怀疑，戴某某的突然死亡与其丈夫有关。死者妹妹：她在日记上写着，平时对她都是拳打脚踢，还蒙住打。（她回家有没有跟你讲？）都没说，我都不知道。后来发现日记上写着被打了，在学校里呆了四天，回家都没说，平常常常吵架。

据了解，死者戴某某是瑞安鲍田办事处人，1999年毕业于浙师大英语系本科，后被分配到瑞安三中任高中教师，与其丈夫是高中同学，两人于2000年自由恋爱订婚，2003年，戴某怀孕几个月后，与男方办理结婚登记手续。记者在死者家属提供的日记本复印件上看到，早在2001年，也就是订婚以后，死者与其丈夫之间就开始吵架打闹。记者在死者的日记上看到，近段时间夫妻两人的矛盾不断恶化。死者姨婆：书房里找到日记本两本，都有记着，都没有一句话说自己要死，都说自己不死，都说自己继续要活下去。据死者家属介绍，死者生前非常注重自己的仪表，如果衣冠不整就去跳楼，有悖常理。姨婆：如果她是跳楼自杀，一定会把自己衣服穿好，怎么就只穿一条吊带背心和一条平脚短裤？目前，当地警方已介入调查，而对于死者的死因，在当地一时众说纷纭。群众：可惜啊，这是大学生，她母亲7岁开始培养，又有一个职业，嫁给一个没有职业的人，这户人说办企业有钱，对儿媳妇不值钱，给他家里看不起。群众：她本身就是一个读书人，难道保不住吃？被糟踏成这样…… 记者通过了解，拨打死者丈夫的手机，可是对方已经关机。

知情者称，事发当天到现在，企业一直处于停工状态，而男方家人，始终没有露面。记者又来到了戴某某所在的瑞安三中，死者的同事说，他们惊闻噩耗深感震惊，因为死者生前性格开朗，富有上进心，而且事发前一天，她给毕业生上过公开课。死者同事邵老师：英语组老师都在听课，她也精心准备，开了课以后，大家也都评了课，听英语组老师反映，评了课还聊天聊了一会儿，大家就回去了。都很高兴，没什么异常的情况，都很正常。这段时间，她工作都很认真，很积极。

记者在采访中了解到，目前，瑞安公安局已成立由主要领导带队的刑侦重案组介入调查。

当年在世家土星游戏机上最喜欢玩的“VR战士2”就是从这个地方演化而来，那个游戏真的很牛逼啊，整夜整夜不睡觉地玩，自己最喜欢老头子的醉拳“双龙出海”，就是仰面转体、双拳同时敬酒的动作。

结城晶的八极拳套路虽然有点死板，但很有效、很犀利。

土星游戏机曾经给人带来巨大的乐趣，当时最喜欢的除了“盗墓者1”“吞食天地”就属这个“VR战士2”了。
记得还有个“格斗之蛇”，远远逊色。

转眼间，DC死亡、ps2远去，就是ps3的年代了。
人总会老，再流行的东西都会过去，不朽的只有千百年来流行的思想。

自从有了电脑和互联网，游戏内容只剩下CS，其他都抛弃了，毕竟互联网时代，沟通才是王道。
那么，ps3还有受众吗？
价格那么贵，都快赶得上一整套pc了，特别是前几天DELL又要出2999元人民币的pc啊？

今天晃到CCTV网站上，一看那么多名人的博客，包括小崔啊、黄健翔啊、白岩松啊等等等等……
没挨个看，先看到注册页面了，一想，要是能跟这些大腕儿一起写博客多牛啊？

抓紧注册，而且是认认真真地填写了“高级注册”的表单。
辛辛苦苦一路email、电话、地址、身份证写下来，妈的，到最后，提交完了显示“测试期，不对公众开放”！

这不忽悠人吗？要我注册干吗？就在这里看几个主持人侃大山？
不开放，你页面上也没个提示什么的！

冷静下来想想也不可能，CCTV的大腕儿们能自降身份，跟草根一起博客？
他们都是有级别的国家干部，写博客是做做样子，反正没有新闻自由。

靠！没事别忽悠人，会骂娘的！
同样，再说一个，国内的小SB网站没事别开博客，动不动网站倒闭，大家的文章全挂了，找都找不着。
就算勉强拿回资料来，以前的地址不能用，还得重新跟网友通知改正。

正式呼吁一声：在小网站写博客的都是脑子里有s的人！
特别是国内几个广告很凶、烧钱很厉害的网站，比如bokee.com，还是抓紧关门走人！别在这里找骂！

北京六环内可用手机观看电视？
纯粹噱头，当然也可能是第一个吃螃蟹的，不过需要改进的地方太大了，图像质量距离真正的“手机电视”十万八千里。
当个新鲜玩意儿可以，无实际价值。

另一个，中央台的广告里有个“无线电视”，也就是把家里的有线电视加个发射端子，然后任何一个屋里的电视都能接受到信号——哈哈，这种破玩意儿也能拿到中央台做广告，不知道广告费要卖几万台机器才赚得回来？

感觉，国内的电视机厂商、电视节目制作人都在炒概念，整天琢磨怎么上头条之类，根本没踏踏实实地考虑读者到底需要什么样的东西。
大家都在说sony电视机是垃圾，人家不照样卖到全世界去？
都说康佳好、海信好，对比一下实际观看效果，SB就哑巴了吧？

别听愤青们误导，今天打倒索尼、明天打倒柯达，你国内的网易拍之类的骗钱货怎么没打倒过？
以前家里同时有康佳和索尼电视机，同样的信号线，效果差别太大了。

CCTV5/不播足球，还有存在的必要吗？

一直以来，从CCTV5台看足球比赛节目已经成了习惯。
因为在济南的有线电视里，还没有专业的体育频道，唯一的一个“山东体育”画面像抓鬼电影，根本看不清楚，而且解说员跟SB一样，太不专业了。

目前，欧洲杯外围赛、欧洲冠军联赛都已经如火如荼地开始，CCTV5却很少播报这些东西，老拿些网球啊什么的糊弄人，要不就是长篇长篇的广告，不知道他们的服务对象是什么人群！偶尔有比赛，也是以前的比赛录像。靠啊，这个年代，还有谁愿意看录像？那群SB是逼着老子安装卫星天线啊？

卫星天线的成本最低400元就能全齐，而且服务上门，包教包会。
恼了人，停了有线电视，我也仿效其它高手，阳台上安天线算了。

去年，东方卫视转播足球比较多，还算看得过瘾。

我算看出来了，CCTV5没大钱赚的事儿根本不去做。
前一阶段世界杯，出那么大的价钱，又是记者有是三台联播……
操啊，现在倒好，世界杯完了，广告费收了，什么足球也不给播，还叫人活吗？

目前基本看到这个台就跳过去。
最不忿的！台球比赛也老放录像，就不能正儿八经地给个直播？别的不行，有丁俊晖的比赛，直播一下也行啊？权当是支持天才少年一把！

干你老母啊这些鸟人，拿纳税人的钱不干人事。特别是那个主播“城市之间”的SB孩子，满脸严肃，吊得跟二百万似的，看见丫的就烦，恨不得找块砖拍了他！
我发誓，有一天能在别的频道里找到好的足球节目，坚决把5台干掉，永远不看。

这个万众瞩目的游戏主机，据说是xbox和任天堂的终结者，性能卓越，并且将成为索尼游戏事业部的一个新的盈利增长点。

从中午开始，浙江卫视开始播放“武林外传”，基本上是赶了个高潮的尾巴。
宁财神靠这部电视剧发大财了吧？光是十几个电视台的版权费，就够大家乐翻的了。还有同步VCD、DVD的发行量……

沉寂五年，宁财神终于勃发了。
不过，好景不长，中宣部、广电部要干掉“恶搞片”，这部“武林外传”首当其冲。
抓紧时间温习一下，否则以后就看不到了。

索尼的产品线非常广袤，在国内大家知道比较多的是电视机、音响、笔记本电脑、游戏机这四种。
网站的设计简洁大方，不过对比其他家电巨头在中国的网站设计，sony的东西有点老气横秋的感觉，或许是日本人一贯的简洁干净风格的延续吧？

看到索尼目前主推的“BRAVIA”电视，在CCTV上过广告的东西，外观典雅高贵，很爽。其视听效果肯定也爽到high了，不过没机会试试，目前济南几大卖场里的产品，视听碟片不够劲爆，发挥不出BRAVIA的威力。
网站方面对电视机的展示采用flash效果，我以为这是非常失败。目前很多非主流浏览器对flash的兼容效果非常差，还有很多老用户使用win9x或者win2000，根本无法播放最新规格的flash，看着满屏空白，不知所云。
并且，在flash无法显示的情况下，并没有替代页面出来，很失败。

当电视机疯狂降价，我们还有什么选择？

CCTV2台，连续几日都有金秋九月，电视机厂家集体价格跳水的报道。
目前液晶电视处于降价的风头上，正如以前液晶pc显示器从五千元，直落三分之二，到达两千元的那一幕。
液晶电视降价是必然的，因为晶圆问题一旦解决，价格会呈雪崩状态垂直下降。

国内的几个大厂，以康佳挑头的，广告又开始铺满各个家电卖场。
济南的家电卖场，主要以三联、苏宁、国美三家为主。前两家在泉城路西头，国美则是在解放桥家乐福超市的一楼，目前正在停业装修，可能跟国美收购永乐有关，估计开业时必定有一番大的炒作出来。

合资和进口品牌也在降，索尼、东芝、三星、日立、松下……
几个牌子里，还是看好索尼，虽然是日本的牌子，但很多先进技术都摆在那里。它的音响技术也是比较超前的，以上五个牌子，如果任我选，我会挑sony和松下。
合资牌子里还有一个飞利浦，要技术没技术，要外观没外观，直接跳过，不予评论。

国产电视，广告吹得响，但质量和模板都非常粗糙，并且存在不同的开箱率问题。
这一点让人没法放心。
还有一条，国内的某些厂家在元器件的选用上，把关不严，极容易出现因为一点小故障，就把整个电视都拖累得瘫痪掉，给用户造成直接损失。

我也爱国，希望购买国产品牌电视，但目前的环境，还是别给国内的SB厂商忽悠死了——
几个家电卖场都可以侃价，嘿嘿，真是个奇怪的现象。
以前总以为那么大的公司，定价就是板上钉钉的事，咱们一介小民草根，只能乖乖接受。现在知道了，侃价在某些范围内也是可以接受的，至少随便砍砍，就能省下一顿饭钱。

我推荐索尼。

为什么每晚遥控器按来按去，找不到好看的节目？
CCTV的节目，除了2台和5台，其他基本不看。
2台是经济节目，能收到很多有用的第一时间经济信息。
5台是体育，可以看足球和NBA，必不可少。当然，随着东方卫视的体育节目越来越多，基本5台也很少看了。

山东台的几个频道，无一例外，跟其他省市的卫星频道一模一样，轮番炒作一些很烂的国产电视机，老太太的裹脚布——又长又臭。
目前最烂的是那个《血色残阳》集合了一群过气的女明星，自娱自乐而已。

济南电视台，劣质广告加上劣质电视剧。

其他卫视台，觉得只有深圳台还可以，湖南台简直成了小儿科加神经病。
上个月是抗战胜利，十几个台疯狂轰炸抗日片，计有《铁道游击队》《小兵张嘎》《英雄虎胆》等等等等……十几个卫视频道全部重样，简直让人活不下去了。

幸好，金色的九月到了，希望这个月节目大有起色。

痛斥济南商务频道播放的电影被胡乱剪过

济南电视台商务频道（这个只有济南用户能看到）有个“商眼看影视”的节目，每晚22点10分播出，其恶劣处有两点：

a：片子被胡乱剪过，简直不能称为是“影片”，而是“片断”。比如前几天看成龙、梁家辉主演的《神话》我靠，把两个人去神秘山洞拿到古剑、绣像的这一段完全剪掉，取而代之的是那个莫名其妙的SB主持人出来做电影内容简介。

靠她NND，大家又不是白痴，自己看不就行了？用得着你来说？

b：还是关于主持人，这家伙简直是个SB加二百万，每次播放之前都得先出来啰嗦上七八句，幸好是在电视上，如果现场版的话，我非给她几个臭鸡蛋不可，太客气了！
去年就看她不爽，想找到商务频道的电话臭骂她一顿的，可惜哪里也找不到。弄得我这个良好市民报国无门。

济南电视台的节目不看也罢，如果不是为了找天气预报，真想把这几个本地台屏蔽掉，省得看着恶心。

还有件事，有个大电视台，就是全省都能看的“齐鲁电视台”更恶心，现在播放的《红楼梦》连续剧，每次都把两集，分成四段，插广告。
对了，你插广告不要紧，别把中间断开的地方也播放演职员名单啊？看着跟真的似的。更扯淡的是，它在演职员名单的地方插上自己台的广告，好像有个什么“潍坊xxx”的广告，真是搞笑！

电视节目，一大半是在糊弄人，再有就是连篇累牍的广告，做男人壮阳药的，好像全国男人都阳痿了一样。
